What you're paying for

  • A coach you can actually reach. The industry norm is a monthly review or a weekly WhatsApp message. Ours is: write when you need to, on either plan.
  • Every session read, not just the key ones. Our AI goes through all of them — and your recovery too, if you wear your watch around the clock.
  • Two World Triathlon officials. The people writing your plan also work the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
  • One coach for swim, bike, run and the marathon. You don't need a separate running coach when you add Two Oceans to your season.

Questions people ask before paying

Which plan should I start on?

Standard, unless you have a specific A-race inside the next few months and want us in your race week. You can move up later.

Can I switch or pause?

Yes, any month. Injuries, work trips and exam season happen — that's what pausing is for.

Do I need to pay for TrainingPeaks separately?

A TrainingPeaks Premium account is included on Premium. On Standard you train on your own TrainingPeaks account.

Is there a discount for paying a block up front?

Yes — 10% off when you pay for three months up front.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us your next race and how your week actually looks. We'll say which plan makes sense — including if that's neither of them yet.
